Do I need an appointment to shop for a bridal gown?
To best accommodate all our clients, we ask that brides make an appointment either over the phone or through our online request form. However, brides will be paired with a consultant to the best of our ability should a walk in bride come in. Appointments will take first priority over walk ins.
Do I need an appointment to shop for a non bridal gown?
No, come on in! Our consultants will be happy to help you anytime during our store hours.
Can I bring food, drinks, or champagne to my appointment or fitting?
In order to take care of our stock and keep the store clean, we ask that guests do not bring outside food or alcoholic beverages for their appointments. Water, tea, and coffee are fine as long as they are in closed containers. If you do want snacks available, please schedule a private party, where refreshments will be provided by The White Orchid.
Will your seamstresses alter dresses or clothes from other stores?
We love our seamstresses as much as you do! Due to the attention needed for alterations on wedding and evening gowns, our seamstresses will only work on dresses purchased from our store. For dresses purchased elsewhere, we recommend Anita Stitch in Brentwood.
